Dublin School Boy Team
The Dublin Schoolboy team, pictured with coaches and staff, staged an incredible comeback in Hull recently. Trailing 7-2 to a talented Yorkshire side at one point, the Dubs heroically fought back to win 13-9 on the night at the Mercure Royal Hotel.
Maria Maronitas, Yorkshire Team Manager, sportingly praised Dublin after the match and said she and the Yorkshire coaching staff were very impressed with the skills of the visiting squad.
David Oliver Joyce, who is following in the footsteps of his Elite namesake, collected the Best Boxer Award.
